ODUDUWA UNIVERSITY FOUNDER ADEDOYIN HAS BEEN ARRESTED BY POLICE OVER STUDENTS DEATH

Oduduwa university founder Adedoyin has been arrested by police Ramon Adedoyin, the founder of oduduwa university and the polytechnic, Ile-Ife has been arrested by the osun state police over the death of a master’s degree student of obafemi Awolowo university (OAU) by name Timothy Adegoke.

Adegoke was declared missing on November 7th and was found dead shortly. The young man came from Abuja to Ile-Ife to sit for his examination at the OAU distance learning centre, MORO osun state on November 5th and lodged in Hilton Hotels owned by mr Adedoyin.

Yemisi Opalola the osun state police spokesman said “six suspects has been arrested in connection to the students death.

While waiting the autopsy result from the hospital, the police spokesman said Adedoyin has been arrested and is in dentention undergoing some interrogation with regards to the case.

The commissioner osun state police, CP Olawale Olokode thanked the students, members of the public and the bereaved family for their patients and has assured them that after the investigation, the culprits will be brought to justice. He also added that the police is committed to ensuring that justice is served.
